Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped within 4-7 Days using different courier services. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3 Suurberg Place Albertsdal 1448, Johannesburg. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Tamaaproducts will always strive to fulfill your orders on time, in the event that we are not able to fulfill your order due to a miscount of stock, we will be in contact with you to discuss if you would prefer to receive what we have in stock or for us to process a refund
Payment for shipping will be calculated on checkout of the purchase. The payment will be calculated on the weight and destination of the product.
